johnnylovebuckets It's hard to pick a favorite track because each song has such strengths that stand out in their own way. From a more technical standpoint, Coma Noir's showing of musicianship far surpasses anything they have done. The emotional range of each song makes for an almost religious experience. Their latest effort will stay with you long after the album stops playing. I have never been more proud to call Chicago my home than I have after hearing Come Noir. Kudos to all you guys in The Atlas Moth. Favorite track: Actual Human Blood .

Mike Lamb A beautiful return from The Atlas Moth after they disappeared for a few years. This will definitely be one of my top albums for 2018. Favorite track: The Frozen Crown.

Kirby Forsythe Have you ever tried chili chocolate? I'm not much a fan of spicy stuff, but I love how the heat cuts through the sweet and leveling chocolate. That is what I find to be an apt comparison between both Stavros and Kush's vocal duality. Galactic Brain is one of the group's best, and the immense sound these guys have refined continues to vault them into the atmosphere. Favorite track: Galactic Brain.

nsv-eos After 3 albums of psychedelic doom/sludge, TAM take a more metal approach to their sound resulting in something familiar yet totally fresh at the same time. Coma Noir perfectly blends atmosphere and heaviness perfectly and should not be missed by anyone. 5/5 Favorite track: Coma Noir.

KthuluQBall Another excellent album without re-treading previous outings. Favorite track: The Streets of Bombay.

"Heartless" is an awesome album, which reminds a lot of early Fates Warning classics like "No Exit" without feeling like a copy, but more like a brother, who left walking into a different direction, but still showing his connection to the family. Glad I picked it up. Thumbs up! Holger Rudolph
